Get a £100 John Lewis voucher if you refer a friend who becomes a Tilney client. The following terms and conditions apply to our client referral scheme (the "Scheme").

  1. The Scheme is open to all clients of Tilney Financial Planning Limited or its subsidiary companies (“Tilney", "we", "us") and who are aged 18 and over (“you", "your").
  2. You can refer a new client by completing the form on the back of the handout and returning it in the envelope provided. Alternatively, you may provide their full names, addresses (postal and email) and telephone numbers to your usual Tilney contact.
  3. You must have an existing personal or business relationship with the referee you recommend our services to. The referee cannot be our existing clients. He/she must never have had purchased advice services and/or investment services from us previously. He/she must not have been recommended to us in the past 12 months.
  4. You should make sure that you obtain the prior consent of the referee to being contacted by us before making a referral and you give consent to your name being mentioned in our communications with the referee.
  5. You will not receive a voucher if the referee does not consent to the disclosure of information by you or refuse to participate in discussions with us for any reason.
  6. If the referee purchases advice services and/or investment services (either on sole or joint basis) with us successfully within 12 months of being recommended by you, you will be eligible for a voucher of a £100 John Lewis voucher or any other voucher of an equivalent value.
  7. Tilney reserves the right to offer an alternative voucher or reward of the same value at any time. Tilney’s decision is final.
  8. If your referral is successful you will be contacted by your usual Tilney contact and you will receive your voucher within 90 days of the referee meeting the qualifying criteria.
  9. You will only receive one voucher if two or more referees purchase advice services and/or investment services together.
  10. We reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Scheme from time to time and the right to withdraw this Scheme at any time without prior notice to you.

  12. This Scheme shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of England. Both Tilney and you submit irrevocably to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
